- 250 Hours of Total Time
- 100 Hours of Pilot in Command
- 50 Hours of Cross Country Pilot in Command
- 20 Hours of Dual Received
- 10 Hours Instrument Training
- 10 Hours of Complex Aircraft Training
- 1 Day VFR 2 Hour 100 NM Straight Line Cross Country
- 1 Day Night 2 Hour 100 NM Straight Line Cross Country
- 3 Hours of Test Prep Within 60 Days
- 10 Hours Solo of Commercial Areas of Operation Including:
- 1 Cross Country Not Less Than 300 NM total W/ 3 Landings at Three Points of 250 NM
- 5 Hours Night VFR W/ 10 Takeoffs / Landings at an Airport with an Operational Control Tower
- Written Exam Passed
- Complex / High Performance Endorsement Received
- Applicable Endorsements for Check Ride Received
- Practical Test Endorsement
- 8710-1 Completed and Endorsed
